Evaluation of Educator Preparation Programs by Teachers

First-year teachers working as a teacher of record in 天天做爱 public school must complete an evaluation regarding the effectiveness of educator programs (EPPs) in preparing them to succeed in the classroom. The information gathered will assist in improving the educational experience for teacher candidates through EPPs. First-year teachers will be sent a link to complete this mandatory preparation program evaluation who meet the following criteria:

  • Working for their first year as a teacher of record in 天天做爱 public schools
  • Has taught for at least five months of the school year
  • Holds a standard, intern, or probationary certificate
  • Has completed or are enrolled in a 天天做爱 EPP

Current State Board of Educator Certification (SBEC) rules in 19 天天做爱 Administrative Code (TAC) 搂229.3(f)(4), require each new teacher in a 天天做爱 public school to complete an evaluation about the effectiveness of their preparation.

This evaluation听is authorized by Senate Bill 174, passed by the 81st听天天做爱 Legislature in 2009, included in听听听According to TAC 搂229.3(b), any individual holding a 天天做爱-issued educator certificate who fails to provide information required may be subject to sanction of their certificate, including the placement of restrictions, inscribed or non-inscribed reprimand, suspension, or revocation.

The result from this evaluation is used for monitoring and understanding the effectiveness of EPPs.听听

Teachers will receive an email on听April 1, 2024,听with a link to the evaluation to be completed. The email will be sent to the email address associated with their Educator Certification Online System (ECOS) Educator account. It is important that the evaluation be submitted by听June 15, 2024.听Teachers will receive 10 continuing professional education (CPE) hours for reviewing听Overview and Information (PDF)听and for completion of the evaluation.
